The level of concentration on particular thought determines the level power to those thoughts..
Your thoughts becomes powerful when you concentrate more on it....
The thoughts start giving you troubles when you are obsessed with it....
The thoughts become painful once you start fighting with those obsessed thoughts...
You can reverse this cycle and can come out of this pain by simply stop fighting with those thoughts which is/are not going to harm you as it intensively threatens you..
Give more attention and concentration on thoughts which will give you positive results.
JUST IGNORE OR REDUCE THE ATTENTION ON NEGATIVE THOUGHTS..
