By birth everybody are wise, divine and capable inside. But later we start identify our-self with all temporary things of life(that will lapse along with time). That's why we become incapable of handling these temporary things also in our life.
The moment we realize these identities like name, fame, job, money, social advantages and disadvantages are just our identity but not reality, then we will become completely capable of utilizing these external factors successfully. It is because, now we feel we are not caged by these factors but freed by our realization.
This comes by experience. So, experience is the key to open our in born wisdom.
